  1. Call to Order

    Panhandle Emergency Response System meeting began at 7:25 p.m. on August 28, 2008 at Conoco Phillips Fire Department.

  2. Attendees:

    The following persons were present:

    Alan W. Wells, Stinnett FD, Vice Chairman

    Gena Wilson, Stinnett FD

    Denzil Traylor, ConocoPhillips FD

    Ed Adamson, Conoco Philips FD

    Raymond Trolinger, Chevron Phillips FD

    Joe Millican, Hoover FD & Gray CO. EM

     

  3. Approval of minutes from last Meeting

    Meeting was presented by Alan Wells.

    No Treasurers Report

  5. Drill Committee

    Nothing new to report

  6. Training
    1. Canyon Fire School is September 10th -11th
    2. The 300 and 400 classes were canceled in Stinnnett
      1. Not enough students to make the classes
      2. Additional classes will be held at Boys Ranch on September 15th -19th and September 22nd – 26th.
