  1. Call to Order

    Panhandle Emergency Response System meeting began at 7:26 p.m. on August 13, 2009 at the Conoco Phillips Fire Station.

  2. Attendees:

    The following persons were present:

  3. Treasurers Report
    1. As of 08/13/2009, the balance is $7,221.39
      1. Still working with IRS regarding payroll taxes.
  4. Training
    1. Floydada is Saturday August 15th
    2. Canyon Fire School is Saturday September 19th
    3. Conoco Phillips- Basic Industrial Fire Fighting School is 8/31/09-9/4/09
    4. Carson County is having a Basic Fire Fighting School- the date is still unknown.
  5. Bylaws-

    1. Discussed changing the meeting from monthly to bi-monthly or quarterly.
    2. Nominations for next years officers are next month
