    Panhandle Emergency Response System meeting began at 7:30 p.m. on November 19, 2009 at Fritch Fire Department.

    1. November 23, 2009 a school evacuation drill is to be held in Borger.

    1. Need to set up annual drill

    1. May need to change by-laws to show emergency cooperation with ems and police.
  7. Accountability- No report
  8. New Business
    1. At the November Hutchinson County LEPC meeting the PARIS system was discussed to get it in use and functioning.
    2. Perryton has a new water tender -3000 gallons

    1. The next meeting will be held at the Fritch Annex building on January 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
