  1. Call to Order

    Panhandle Emergency Response System meeting began at 7:06 p.m. on October 22, 2009 at the Fritch Annex Building.

  2. Attendees:

    The following persons were present:

    Denzil Traylor, COP, 2nd Vice-Chairman

    Calvin Nickell, Fritch FD, 1st Vice-Chairman

    Michael Haisten, National Park Service

    Donnie Peterson, Dalhart FD

    Paul Dutcher, Perryton FD

    Ron Antalek, Spearman FD

  3. PRPC gave a presentation on PARIS - Panhandle Area Regional Information System.
  4. Treasurers Report
    1. As of 10/22/2009, the balance is $7,471.39
  5. Training
    1. November 23rd a communications drill will be held for Hutchinson County
  6. Bylaws-
    1. Nothing new to report.
  7. Accountability –
    1. Nothing new to report.

  8. New Business
    1. Donnie Peterson, Dalhart FD, volunteered for the 2010 2nd Vice-Chairman position.
    2. Paul Dutcher made the motion to elect Donnie as the 2010 2nd Vice-Chairman and nominations to cease. Calvin Nickell, seconded the motion.
    3. All in attendance were in favor of the motion.
